Returns/Exchanges: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds once the items are in your possession. However, if there’s a problem with your order in any way, we will surely work it out and make it right. If an item is broken during transit and is no longer usable, please be kind enough to take a photo of it for us when contacting so we can replace it.

Shipping: We ship promptly via USPS Priority Mail using Regional boxes to save you on cost. Items are usually shipped out between 1-3 business days unless it is a bulk order or a special circumstance.

Purchasing & Payment: For your added safety we use PayPal as our main form of tender during check-out. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase and can simply use any major credit/debit card when ready to buy.

Sales Tax: We’re a Brooklyn based company! That means we are required by State law to collect sales tax for all deliveries in New York State and New York City.
