Returns: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our items, we DO NOT offer returns or refunds once the items are in your possession. Sorry, bub, you’re stuck with it.
Exchanges: If you absolutely desire to make an exchange you will need to ship the undamaged/unopened/untouched merchandise back to us on your own dollar. (Yes, really.) Once the item(s) are received and inspected, we will then ship out the new exchanged product back to you. Bottom line: Don’t be that person. This is a hassle for you and for us. If you’re not in love with your Grizzly product, pass it on to a friend (or an enemy!).
Broken Merchandise: Sometimes the USPS are rough and unfortunately boxes get tossed around! If an item is broken during transit and is no longer usable, please be kind enough to take a photo of it for us when contacting so we can replace it right away.
