What do your fragrances actually smell like?

Our fragrances usually teeter on the non-traditional side. We do our best to create original scents based on the inspirations of our own personal experiences (and noses!). Some smells may be close to what you anticipate, while others are based on what our opinion perceives them to be.

What kind of wax do you use?

We use 100% all-natural soy wax, produced from US grown soybeans, with no additives or substitutions.

Do your fragrances contain phthalates?

No! All of our candles and fragrance oils are phthalate and chemical-free, void of any carcinogens, toxins, and other hazardous poisons.

Are your products eco-friendly or vegan?

Yes! And sustainable! Everything we make is made entirely with renewable resources and don’t include any animal products. All of our glass containers are made from recycled materials and our wicks are lead-free and made with cotton and a zinc core.

How long do your candles burn?

Traditionally, our candles burn between 40 - 50 hours.

How do I burn my candle safely?

Trim the candle wick to 1/4”.
Always burn within sight – do not leave unattended or on questionable surfaces.
Keep away from pets, children and all flammable items.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are usually shipped out between 1-3 business days unless it is a bulk order or a special circumstance. Delivery can take anywhere from 1-4 days depending on where it’s going to. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only accept USA based orders on this website at this time. If you are looking to ship overseas and outside of the United States, please visit our Etsy shop where this is possible.

Am I able to do a return?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you absolutely desire to make a return, then you will need to ship the undamaged/unopened/untouched merchandise back to us on your own dollar and responsibility.

We do not offer exchanges.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

If an item is broken during transit and is no longer usable, please be kind enough to take a photo of it for us when contacting so we can replace it right away.

What if my package is lost?

Sometimes the USPS loses packages in transit. If your package seems to be lost or misplaced during shipping, don't fret, we got you. We will follow along with the tracking together and if there is still no movement after 10 business days, we will replace and ship out a new order for you free of charge.

However, if the tracking shows that the package was delivered to your address but still seems to be missing, you will need to contact your local Postal Service for assistance as that is out of our hands.
