Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you absolutely desire to make a return, then you will need to ship the undamaged/unopened/untouched merchandise back to us on your own dollar.
Once the item(s) are received and inspected, we will then start your refund (minus shipping costs). We do not accept exchanges.
Bottom line: If you’re not in love with your Grizzly product, we recommend that you pass it on to a friend (or an enemy!).
To start a return, you can contact us at info@grizzlybk.com. Once agreed, we will confirm a shipping address for you to send your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be therefore be considered forfeited.
Damages
Sometimes the USPS are rough and unfortunately boxes get tossed around! If an item is broken during transit and is no longer usable, please be kind enough to take a photo of it for us when contacting so we can replace it right away.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on candles that have already been lit, opened/used perfumes or lip balms, sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
